胡敏，男，教授，博士，广州体育学院硕士研究生导师，1969年3月出生于江西九江。广东省高校第五批“千百十工程”省级培养对象。
教育背景：
1991年毕业于南昌大学生物学系生物学专业，获理学学士学位；
1994年毕业于中山大学生命科学学院生理学专业，获理学硕士学位；2007年6月获中山大学理学博士学位（生理学专业，与芬兰Jyvaskyla大学联合培养）。
工作经历：
1994年7月分配至广州体育学院运动生理教研室，任助教；
1996年任讲师；1998年－2003年，任运动生理教研室副主任；
2003年升副教授；2004年曾任广州体院运动生理教研室主任；
2007年升教授，担任广州体育学院科学实验中心副主任。
科研等学术活动：
主要的研究集中在力量训练的生理适应。
